By accessing bouyaik.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All products are handcrafted in small batches in Jefferson City, Missouri. Descriptions, ingredients, and availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge and updated when formulations change.

Product images are representative. Minor variations in color or texture may occur between batches due to the natural, small-batch production process.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify formulations without notice. If a purchased product is discontinued before fulfillment, we will issue a full refund.

Orders are accepted through bouyaik.com and at in-person markets and events. Online orders require full payment at checkout.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is placed.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is acknowledgment of your order, not a guarantee of fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it.

We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@bouyaik.com within 7 days of delivery.

Orders placed at farmers markets and local events are available for immediate pickup. No shipping applies to in-person purchases.

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Contact contact@bouyaik.com before returning any item.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.

You may use bouyaik.com for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to distribute malware, scrape content for commercial purposes, or impersonate Bouyaik or any other entity.

All content on this site, including text, images, and design, is the property of Bouyaik and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

Products and site content are provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, review the full ingredient list before purchase. We cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for all skin types.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bouyaik's total liability for any claim arising from use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cole County, Missouri.
