Yes. We use first cold-press grade argan oil — the same standard applied to premium olive oil. Pressed at below 26°C with no heat, no water, no solvents. No carrier oils added to dilute the formula. What you apply to your skin is what came out of the kernel: oleic acid, linoleic acid, vitamin E, and phenolic antioxidants, all intact.

No. Argan oil absorbs quickly and carries the SPF actives into the skin without the thick film that makes most sunscreens visible. The finish is a natural satin — not shine, not residue. Works on all skin tones. Most people notice they forget they applied sunscreen, which is exactly the point.

If you use Pure Argan Oil and a separate SPF product, apply the oil first and wait 10 to 20 minutes for full absorption before applying sunscreen. Applying SPF before the oil has absorbed can disrupt the protective film and reduce its effectiveness. The Argan Oil + SPF 50 formula solves this entirely — both are already combined, so there is nothing to layer.

Yes. Pure argan oil works on all four — face, body, hair, and nails. The SPF 50 formula is formulated for skin (face and body). The Pure Argan Oil is what most people use for hair, nails, and evening skincare without sun protection. Both are built on the same first cold-press argan oil base.

Argan oil is non-comedogenic — it does not clog pores. Its fatty acids also help regulate sebum production, which makes it useful even for oily and acne-prone skin. It works across dry, normal, combination, and sensitive skin types. If you have highly oily or active acne-prone skin, start with a small amount and observe how your skin responds over a few days.

Jefferson City, Missouri. Every bottle is blended and bottled by hand in small batches. We do not use a contract manufacturer. When you buy at the farmers market, you are buying directly from the person who made it — you can ask them anything about the product and get a real answer.

It means we make limited quantities at a time so every bottle is fresh. Oil-based skincare has a shelf life — freshness affects both the efficacy of the argan oil and the stability of the SPF actives. We do not stockpile inventory in a warehouse. Orders are fulfilled from recent batches, not from old stock.

The SPF 50 product (50ml) typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks with daily face and neck use. The Pure Argan Oil (30ml) lasts 6 to 8 weeks for face use, longer if used primarily on hair or nails. Shelf life from production is 12 months when stored away from direct sunlight.

Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Free shipping on orders over $35 — the bundle qualifies automatically.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns on opened or used products — skincare is personal. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@bouyaik.com within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full.
