How is the artwork shipped?

All canvases are carefully wrapped in protective foam and shipped inside heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes via FedEx, UPS, or premium localized couriers with full tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our printing partners have global facilities. Whether you are in New York, London, or Sydney, your artwork ships from the facility closest to you to minimize customs delays.

Do you sell digital downloads?

No. To protect the exclusivity and copyright of the artwork, we only sell the finished, physical gallery canvases. The raw digital files are vaulted.

My canvas arrived damaged. What do I do?

Transit damage is fully covered. Email contact@bouyaik.com within 14 days with photos of the damaged box and canvas. A free replacement will immediately be sent to production.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders enter the printing queue almost instantly. If you made an error, email us immediately at contact@bouyaik.com — however, if production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.
