Shipping Policy

Straightforward shipping, the same way we run everything else: free over $35, packed fresh within two business days, from our kitchen in Jefferson City to your door.
Where We Ship
We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Prefer to skip shipping entirely? Find us at the Jefferson City Farmers Market on Saturdays, 8 am to 12 pm, May through October — in-person purchases carry no shipping cost.
Rates
Orders of $35 or more ship free.
Orders under $35 ship at a $6 flat rate, anywhere in the US.
Handling and Delivery Times
Every bottle is blended in small batches in Jefferson City, Missouri. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.
Transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@bouyaik.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we will replace it or refund it in full, no questions.
If tracking shows your order as lost in transit, email us and we will make it right.
