If your unopened bottle is not what you expected, send it back within 14 days for a full refund. Damaged or wrong order? We replace it — no questions.
Unopened Products
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.
Email contact@bouyaik.com before returning any item — we will confirm the return address and process your refund as soon as the product arrives back.
Opened Products
Because skincare is personal, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
That said — if something is genuinely wrong with your bottle, tell us. We stand behind what we make, and we would rather hear about a problem than have you keep a product you cannot use.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@bouyaik.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and a photo.
We will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you — no questions, no return shipping.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the returned item (or immediately for damaged-order claims).
Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
