Return & Refund Policy

At Bouyaik, every piece of wildlife artwork is treated as a bespoke commission. We do not carry warehouse inventory; instead, your gallery canvas is custom-printed and artisan-framed specifically for you holding the highest museum-grade standards.

Cancellations & Buyer's Remorse

Because your artwork is pushed into production almost immediately upon ordering, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Please measure your wall space carefully before commissioning a piece.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

We utilize premium reinforced packaging, but occasionally transit damage occurs. If your canvas arrives scratched, dented, or with a manufacturing defect, you are fully protected.

Please contact us at contact@bouyaik.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged artwork and the packaging. We will expedite a free replacement immediately.
