You have 60 calendar days from the delivery date of your item to request a return and refund. If 60 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Our guarantee is designed to give you sufficient time to test the ergonomic alignment of the contoured wedge design and feel the temperature regulation of the cooling gel layer.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure eligibility for a refund, your contoured seat cushion must be in clean, hygienic condition, free from permanent stains, odors, or physical damage. We want you to sit on it and test it to experience the relief, so it does not need to be in unopened packaging. We request it is returned in its original box (or similar secure packaging) along with your order details.

Returns that show extreme damage, clear signs of abuse, or have been permanently stained or soiled will not be accepted for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping Fees

Under our standard policy, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, we strive to make returns as smooth as possible—simply email support@bouyaik.com and our team will provide you with the nearest return address and assist you through the process.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return and refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you the return mailing address instructions within 24-48 business hours.
  3. Ship the Package: Pack the cushion securely in its original box and ship it to the address provided. Please email us the tracking code once shipped.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the cushion, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
